Budget development and tracking
Venue sourcing and negotiation
Full wedding design and styling (mood board, colour palette, floral direction, rentals)
Custom vendor curation and management (caterers, photographers, entertainment, etc.)
Contract review and negotiations
Guest list, RSVPs, and seating chart management
Timeline creation and logistic oversight
Rehearsal coordination
Full wedding day execution with lead and assistant planners
Post-wedding support (vendor wrap-up, gift coordination, etc.)
MONTH-OF/DAY-OF COORDINATION
Starting Price: USD$4,000++
For couples who planned it all but want a professional to manage the details
Includes:
Begins 4-6 weeks before the wedding
Venue walkthrough and final logistics meeting
Final timeline creation and vendor confirmations
Coordination of wedding rehearsal
Full wedding day management with lead planner and assistant
Emergency kit, checklist, and on-site troubleshooting
DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNING
Starting Price: USD$12,500++ (Plus travel, accommodation & per diem for planning team)
For couples planning their celebration outside of Singapore
Includes:
All services from the Signature Planning Package
Destination research and venue sourcing
Travel and accommodation logistics for couple and guests
Local vendor sourcing and coordination
Cultural and legal marriage requirements guidance
Multi-day event planning (welcome dinner, excursions, farewell brunch)
On-site team travel and coordination support
Custom pricing based on guest count, destination, and event complexity.
WEDDING WEEKEND PRODUCTION
Starting Price: USD$14,500++
For multi-day wedding celebrations, cultural weddings, or VIP events
Includes:
Planning and management of multiple events (e.g., welcome party, ceremony, reception, after-party, farewell brunch)
Fully design and execution across each event
Vendor management across multiple days/venues
Detailed gust experience planning (gifting, transportation, concierge)
On-site coordination team for all events
Security, privacy and VIP guest management (if applicable)
Custom pricing based on scale, number of events, venues, and guest count.
